When someone in the mortgage business refers to someone that always knew what they were talking about and had ninja level skills in solving day to day issues, they are referring to Stephanie Pope.
Stephanie got into the mortgage industry in 1993 as a processing assistant, since that time she’s worked the ranks to become a Senior Loan Processor…she’s been with Republic since 2011.
As our loan processor, Stephanie is an expert in getting loans approved and closed. She knows the ins and outs of what underwriters are looking for. She’s also great at troubleshooting loans so that they close on time. She’s the taskmaster – meaning she makes sure clients, Realtors, third party vendors, our team, etc. are all doing what they’re supposed to in order to get our clients to the closing table on time and as easily as possible.
When she’s not working, she likes to hang out with her family and loves being outdoors. She’s a native of Houston and lives in Cypress, TX with her husband and children.
