Working with Robert and his team was an incredible experience from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and uncertainty going into the process, but Robert made everything feel smooth and manageable.
Dena and Stephanie were absolutely fantastic throughout—both were always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made sure I understood every step along the way. Their communication was top-notch, and I always felt like I was in good hands.
On top of that, Robert was able to secure a very competitive rate, which made a huge difference. His guidance and support gave me confidence in every decision, and I truly felt like he had my best interests in mind.
I can’t recommend Robert, Dena, and Stephanie highly enough. They made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and even enjoyable. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely supportive mortgage team, you’re in great hands with them.

It was a pleasure to work with The Spiegel Group team. Robert, Dena, Michel and the rest were attentive to every detail and kept us and our realtor informed every step of the process. They not only moved efficiently, starting with a fast pre approval, then throughout to make sure we could close on the house we wanted. They also worked around our travel schedule and a busy December. It is a very dynamic market out there and it was great to have a reliable ally by our side!

1st time home buyer with little knowledge of the buying process and the team here couldn't have been more understanding and helpful. We closed in 30 days but they had everything taken care of after just a couple weeks. Website is great, and easy to use/upload documents. The team also worked tirelessly to give us the best interest rate possible for which we are very happy.

We worked with Robert and his awesome team on our investment property out in West Texas. This closing came with many challenges but the team always had a solution to offer. Dena and Angela are incredibly knowledgeable, great communicators, always on top of things, and fun to work with. The overall experience was great and we wouldn’t have closed on time without the hard work and dedication of the entire team. I’d absolutely recommend, especially if you’re looking to purchase in West Texas!
